Want to meet new LGBTIQA people in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, away from the pubs and clubs? Want to expand your social network? Looking for something to do on a Saturday afternoon? What is Social Saturdays? Monthly social group for people of diverse genders, sexualities and/or intersex status including those who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning or Asexual (LGBTIQA). It is based in Chippendale (Inner West Sydney not far from Central Station). What happens at a session? A safe*, inclusive and relaxed space where you can meet new people, join in a game or activity, or simply hang out and socialise; light snacks and soft drinks are provided. No need to register, just turn up on the day! Where is it? We meet at Twenty10 incorporating GLCS NSW: Level 1, 45 Chippen St, Chippendale. There is a lift and accessible toilet. Twenty10 considers a safer space to be: Built on mutual respect and personal responsibility Welcoming and supportive of the wide range of diversity within the LGBTIQ communities Free from verbal and physical violence including but not limited to homophobia, transphobia, bipbobia, intersexphobia, racism, sexism and other negative discrimination Respectful of personal boundaries Respectful of the physical space, facilities and materials provided. Creating a safer space for everyone is not just about physical safety - it is also about making people feel comfortable, welcome, included, and emotionally safe in other ways. Everyone is responsible for helping to create a safer space for everyone. This is a drug and alcohol free space.

We all need a place to feel safe. A place to be welcomed and supported. A place to be ourselves.

Twenty10 which incorporates GLCS NSW, is a community based, non profit state-wide organisation. We work with and support people of all ages, communities and families of diverse genders, sexualities and intersex status including Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning or Asexual (LGBTIQA). We work to enable the people that we support to live with knowledge, understanding, dignity and acceptance.

Twenty10 is a free and confidential service. It is a safe place and staff deal with all enquiries in an understanding, supportive and confidential manner. Twenty10 provides a wide range of services including:
