What we'll do
This class is suitable for people who are over 50 years of age who like to move and discover unknown self-potential and challenge to limitations. It helps to centre the mind, deepen the breath, accept the weakness and increase happiness.
This class contains breathing exercises, Sun Salutation, standing poses, balance, twisting, stretching, and relaxation or meditation. You strengthen the muscles throughout the body by holding some of the poses.
Duration 1.5 hour
An easier yoga class for the beginners, we are going to offer Seniors yoga beginner class from the 7th of February 11 am - 12 pm.
You will need to bring
-A yoga mat.
-Blanket or cushion to protect from the hard floor.
-A strap or towel to helps stretching.
-Yoga brock and a bolster if you have.
This class starts at 9:00 am-10: 30 am (90 minutes). Cost: $15
If you are visiting us for the first time, please make a booking through a phone call or email/text for the limited space. Once you successfully booked, please arrive 10 minutes before the class start. I would like to have a chat with you, and you have a form to fill.
