What we're about

A weekly mind-body practice that will help you achieve flexibility, strength and empower you to live the life you want through the techniques of hatha yoga, kriya yoga and positive psychology.

Every class consists of recharging kriya yoga exercises, hatha yoga asanas and a guided meditation based on the positive psychology findings.

Each session is suitable for all levels of fitness. We meet and practise in a cosy studio that provides both a beautiful space for up to 10 people and all the necessary yoga equipment.
