Are you sick of trying to "be good" with food?

Do you feel overwhelmed about how to even start to overcome emotional eating for good?

Would you like to heal your relationship with food so you can be free of eating issues that consume you daily?

Each day we have the opportunity to face our stuff or stuff our face and for 10 years, I stuffed my face.

It wasn't until I stopped and sat with myself and allowed myself to feel my feelings, the feelings that I was outsourcing to food, that I slowly began to trust myself and heal my relationship with food, which ultimately healed my relationship with myself.

I started listening to that part of me that I was covering up with food. And I found out, that I am loveable, I am safe to feel my feelings and my feelings do matter.

I would love to meet you and talk to you about the strategies that you can implement into your life straight away, so you can start to take control of the eating situation instead of the eating situation controlling you.

About Lisa Wells:

I'm Lisa Wells and I suffered with food addiction for over 10 years.

I had a ton of therapy; I was on antidepressants and I read a million self help books - Nothing I did seemed to be enough to permanently change my eating habits.

I overcame food addiction and now I coach and mentor those who experience living with overeating issues.

I teach you how to re-connect to yourself internally, how to face yourself emotionally and how to Love yourself, regardless of what you are eating. I am a qualified Life Coach and I have certificates in The Psychology of Success, NLP – Mastering Your Emotions and REBT
