Hi Team,

I will teach you a fantastic workout using your body weight, simple equipment and some floor space. HIIT is a fantastic form of exercise that maximises the benefits of a work out in limited time. We will be doing short bursts of high intensity training followed by even shorter periods of rest. Let's get the heart rate pumping, the calories burning and the organs working more efficiently. 

I am qualified to teach group class, Spin, Core Conditioning, Power Plates, High Intensity Interval Training and Personal Training. I promote healthy active lifestyle without the need of expensive gym memberships and equipment.

Come and join the team for a fun 45 minute warm up, work out and stretch long.
