This is a group for women interested in introducing meditation and mindfulness into their lives.
I meditate quite regularly and have found the benefits to have made a very positive impact on my life - more calm, self awareness and clarity.
This is a group for women who:
* Want to learn more about meditation and mindfulness
* Want to create a habit of meditation in their lives
* Want to engage in meaningful discussions on how to live a great life
* Want to experience more joy in their lives
* Want to feel the energy and connection of group meditation

I have experience in teaching meditation, facilitating groups, coaching and teaching. I enjoy introducing others to meditation and learning in groups.
