What we're about

This group is for people who are interested in self transformation and empowerment through the science of Yoga, promoted by an international volunteer run non profit organisation Isha Foundation ( founded by Sadhguru (, a yogi, mystic and visionary.
You might be someone who has never tried yoga or have limited physical ability, you may have seen yoga as a tool for fitness or are spiritual seekers. At Isha Foundation we have something for all.

In Queensland we offer:
Free yoga and meditation sessions;
Classic Hatha yoga programs and
Inner engineering, our flagship program.
