Laughter Yoga for Health and Happiness :-)) Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yoga breathing. Anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group but with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. Laughter Yoga is a fabulous way of expressing and releasing stress and tension in a positive and supported environment. Laughter Yoga is an important tool for preventing or alleviating depression and anxiety. "Hearty laughter is a good way to jog internally without having to go outside” - Norman Cousins, author of ‘Anatomy of an Illness’. 2015 Laughter Yoga Conference The 9th All Australian Laughter Yoga Conference will be held in October.

The Rotunda (bandstand) is in New Farm Park, if you are driving you enter the park & go around the ring road around the park until you get to the rotunda. If you are travelling by Citycat just head towards the Powerhouse & you will see the group.
