The music performance will be followed by an introduction in Sahaja Yoga meditation and self-realisation experience.
Sahaja Yoga meditation is a method of true meditation which awakens the state of thoughtless awareness through Self-Realisation. The meditation does not involve any physical exercises or postures but a simple meditation method, which was established by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. This meditation practice has resulted in a breakthrough in the evolution of human awareness allowing everyone to experience peace and joy.

After a recess for tea, coffee, and refreshments, the program will conclude with a video presentation on the importance of meditation followed by a short meditation.

This is a great opportunity to invite family and friends for a relaxing, entertaining and very informative afternoon at the Arts Centre.

Hope to see you there .
