What we're about

We are a group of South Australians passionate about film and human rights. We come together on a monthly basis at Amnesty International's SA/NT Action Center to watch thought provoking documentaries/movies exploring human rights and social justice issues. Our films will expand over a wide range of themes such as women’s rights, refugees and Indigenous Peoples' rights, as well as focusing on specific and current crises in the world.

Free popcorn, snacks and drinks will be provided as well as comfy seats and interesting guest speakers to introduce each film. So whether you are interested in learning more about human rights, or keen to watch interesting documentaries join us all are welcome!

Please note this event is run by Amnesty International and is open to the public, not just Meetup participants. We run this event with the aim to create a respectful environment where people are free to mingle and have discussions with others.
