What we'll do
Mindful Meditation specifically aims at bringing a peace to the body and mind through the practice of mindfulness, deep breathing and relaxation exercises. The practice is a thoroughly evidence-based practice shown to decrease stress/cortisol levels and improve creativity and concentration.
For those living and working in the Docklands precinct this practice can be easily incorporated into a lunch break with time to spare.
It is a guided meditation with the facilitator, Allison, having already had three years experience in this corporate environment.
You are welcome to bring friends and colleagues on the day.
Alternatively you can arrange a private group meditation at another time.
Attendance is by donation at the door with all proceeds going towards global water projects supported by The Third Space
