Come and meditate!
Meditation is a pathway to enjoying more out of life.
This is a weekly meditation that aims to get you present to your breath, body and life itself.
This can include Zen breathwork, subtle yoga, visualisation, gratitude and energy/chakra clearing to help attract what you want and leave you buzzing with good energy!
If its a small group, and you wish to, then I can also bring in some mindfulness coaching.
There will be opportunities to work on specific opportunity areas that you want to manifest.
On other occasions there will be day and weekend trips away out of the City into the country and coastline to chillax and get back to nature vibes @ a retreat centre overlooking the beaches of Mornington Peninsula. So its worth signing up to this group to keep informed, even if you can't make this meditation event.
