Do you want to keep active? Do you want more than just walking around the block? Do you want to be able to learn the key fundamentals of living a healthy lifestyle, while having fun and getting to know new people? Well this group has been created for you, and anyone you want to bring along. Our sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels so everyone will feel welcome. Your trainer has been in the fitness industry for over 11 years teaching large and small groups and is now focused on keeping the community healthy for a better quality of life. After the workout there will be optional Hydration and Recovery shakes available for $5 each so you can leave totally satisfied knowing that your body is getting exactly what it needs after the workout! We will have sessions indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather and type of class we are running. Almost all classes do not require any equipment with the exception of boxing classes, where it is advised that you bring your own gloves. We will provide the pads :) Grab some friends and come along for a FUN and always FREE workout :)
