What we'll do

We have had a few enquires lately asking if anyone actually attends our meetups as they show on meetup as though no-one is attending.
Letting you know that we do have a large community of meditators that attend sessions at our hub.
Majority of meditators find us via our website, word of mouth or referral.
Most do not use meetup and therefore do not to RSVP on meetup for sessions they attend at our hub.

"In walking, just walk. In sitting, just sit. Above all, don't wobble" ~ an ancient Zen proverb

In Zen culture, activities are performed with one-pointedness of the mind.

In this session Meath will introduce you to Zen Meditation. He feels there is much from this contemplative tradition that we can borrow to deepen and enrich our typically busy lives.

Meath draws from a rich history and many years of practice. He performed his first Buddhist Vipassana in the mid 1960s in Thailand. He spent time in South India with teachers including Catholic Monk Bede Griffiths from Saccidandanda Ashram, and Hugo Enomiya Lassalle & Ama Samy of Bodhi Zendo. Additionally he delivered lectures to the Tibetan monastics on Western Contemplative Tradition at the request of the Dalai Lama.

His years of practice and ecumenical attitude disposes him to a relaxed and open sharing of his own journey and an encouraging willingness to listen to yours.

All sessions operate on a Pay What Your Heart Feels (https://www.mindfulnessmeditationhubperth.com.au/mindfulness-meditation-perth-classes/#PayWhatYourHeartFeels) basis. Your contribution allows us to continue to support others through offering our mindfulness meditation sessions.
