What we'll do
Come and kick start your week with a mindful practice and meditation with Kate.
To help the group relax I will start with a short meditation (allowing us to calm and relax), allow time for discussion and complete the meeting with a longer mindful meditation.
Each week I will suggest a mindful activity to try throughout the week. I will provide a journal and pen for the first few sessions. However If you have a much loved journal and pen/pencils please feel free to bring them along to write down ideas and activities.
We will be located in the Sacred Space room at the SWell Centre.
The SWell centre is located in Hawthorn, Vic, 3122. There is limited parking in the street but ample parking in surrounding streets or in Henry Street, Hawthorn. I look forward to meeting you. Any queries please drop me a message.
