You will learn simple meditation techniques to help you stop thoughts while experiencing true meditation and its benefits.
In our weekly meetings we go through how to meditate, the knowledge of the "subtle system" (the chakras and the channels), guided meditations, introductory talks and videos by Shri Mataji the founder of Sahaja Yoga, a nobel prize nominee, learning practical and simple techniques to help regain balance.....when we reach the state of meditation we feel good. That's what we want you to experience.
