A monthly MeetUp group for mothers or mothers to be who are focused on optimum health and well-being before, during and after pregnancy.
This is a safe space to share in a warm, friendly environment. We will be sharing lots of health and wellbeing tips, and encouraging plenty of interaction to answer your queries and allow you to share your thoughts, receive advice and connect with other mums. An opportunity to make your motherhood experience more meaningful.
Our holistic approach to Mind and Body matters for mothers will awaken you to the fact that long term health and wellness not only comes from correct nutrition but through regular exercise, paying attention to your thoughts and emotions, building relationships and friendships, listening to your intuition, having a lifestyle balance, spirituality, laughing, and having goals and a vision to work towards.
The meetups will be hosted by Cindy Cranswick (Counsellor) specialising in Perinatal Health and Wellbeing, and Lyndall McAlpine (Health Coach) specialising in Preconception Health. We are looking forward to helping you make the most of your motherhood experience.
