Be surrounded by up lifting like minded mummas who enjoy to get their sweat on in a community vibe. Bring your children, no matter what age. If you've had no sleep, no problem we are all in the same boat! bring a mat and a drink bottle. Please ensure you have had the all clear from your doctor to start exercising post birth. We recommend joining us from 6-8 weeks onwards post part.

We are a community of like minded Mums with children of all ages from new borns to toddlers and pre schoolers who love to sweat together!

A non judgemental environment where it doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at, you will be supported and inspired to being the best version of yourself.

Our philosophy is - 20% EXERCISE - 80% NUTRITION - 100% MINDSET

We are results driven and mission focused all around having fun doing it.
