Thursday Mornings Nia Dance/Movement Class
If you are free on a Thurs morning, join for a weekly gentle, fun, relaxing, self-healing, self-conditioning Nia class! We will be in the small hall upstairs. Entrance behind the main hall. Look for the signs. We may go for coffee afterwards too! Nia is a fun, dynamic movement practice that leaves you feeling energised and alive. Blending the latest body-mind science with ancient wisdom, Nia educates and inspires you to live and move with embodied Joy. 'Nia is a fusion fitness – a dynamic blend of the dance arts, martial arts and the healing arts. What we're about

This group combines the conscious awareness movement/dance/fitness practice of Nia with Self-Discovery Retreats. There will be weekly Nia dance/movement/fitness classes, a variety of Retreats in different locations & occasional social events. Open to both men & women.

A bit about me: My name is Patricia but I mostly answer to Trish! I have a background of over 35 years in education and personal development and am a qualified primary & adult teacher, counsellor & Nia dance teacher. I have written a range of courses,workshops & retreats ranging from topics such as Happiness, Communication Skills, Self-Care/Relaxation & Meditation to Life Coaching and Developing Your Intuition. I like to help people to lead happier, more fulfilled lives and love motivating and inspiring people.
