What we'll do
Lunch out on my deck after meditation. I will put on tea, coffee, and salad. Bring something tasty and savoury to share. MORE SAVOURY this time please!
I will provide dessert.
GLUTEN FREE and low carb please (so you can't tempt those of us trying to be good on a low inflammation diet.)
