RUN CLUB (easy social run)
WHAT WE DO: FREE Saturday run club. We meet every Saturday in various locations around the north shore and surrounding areas! We move around so we can try lots of different cafes and running routes! Runs are typically 45 mins to an hour. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. WHO WE ARE: We are a motivated but very social group who maintain “conversation pace” for the duration of the run. We are equally foodies as we are runners! HOW DO I JOIN?? What we're about

We are a mixed group that enjoy intervals and running. Join us for the FREE run club every Saturday! To keep things interesting, we run somewhere different every week and love local running events and weekends away! There are many speeds and fitness levels within the group so you will definitely find someone to chat to on the run, all levels welcome!

**Not everyone RSVP's but we get around 10 people to the weekday sessions and 20 to the Saturday run, we run rain, hail, shine! :-)
