What we're about
We are a mixed group that enjoy intervals and running. Join us for the FREE run club every Saturday! To keep things interesting, we run somewhere different every week and love local running events and weekends away! There are many speeds and fitness levels within the group so you will definitely find someone to chat to on the run, all levels welcome!
**Not everyone RSVP's but we get around 10 people to the weekday sessions and 20 to the Saturday run, we run rain, hail, shine! :-)
This group is perfect for....
Beginners to fitness fanatics or those returning to an active lifestyle after a break. Those looking to shed some kgs. Those returning from illness, injury or pregnancy. Fitness enthusiasts who want to ramp up their training. Competitive athletes needing an edge to improve their performance. Runners of all levels who would like to compete in various distances from 5k to full marathon.
