What we'll do
Join us for a fun active start to your Sunday - getting a dose of movement and nature - and less than an hour drive from Melbourne.
The Werribee Gorge Circuit is an 8.5km medium-difficulty trail that explores the length of the Werribee Gorge. Starting at Meikles Point Picnic area we follow the Werribee River to the north west. The trail is quite awkward in parts, crossing rocks and hugging the base of a few small cliffs.
We will split up into a running group and a walking group. The walking group will take about 3 1/2 hours to complete the circuit. The running group depending on speed will do up to two loops of the circuit (17km).
Afterwards you're welcome to join us for a bite to eat in Bacchus Marsh.
