What we're about

Welcome to our weekly meditation group. Give yourself ONE hour each week that is all about YOU. These meditations are very effective in releasing all that negative energy and filling up with the "good vibes". Each week is intuited by your Soul Coach, Shanti Dharma, to achieve maximum results in minimal time. We utilize breathing exercises, chanting, spoken word and guided meditation to come "home" to that place of profound peace, bliss, pure consciousness and connection. An amazingly rich experience offered by heartfelt donation on the night.

Venue: We meet at a premisis called "Be Still & Chill", 658 Pittwater Rd Brookvale (enter via Sydenham Rd). The premises is tranquil, beautiful, filled with love and totally divine!!
