What we'll do
Challenge yourself to relax and be still. This is a great class for beginners, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. In this class we do 45 mins slow moving standing exercises followed by 15 mins sitting meditation. A lovely man called Albert runs this class. All are welcome. Mats are provided, as well as a group of smiling faces! If you arrive late, don't worry and still join in – just do your best to follow along.
