FIT MUMS exercise classes with FREE childminder
Join our weekly FIT MUMS exercise classes including FREE on-site childminder! Body Rockers have a GREAT group of FIT MUMS who work out each week. We have fun exercising to music in the park and would love for you to be a part of it. Each 45-minute session incorporates exercises to aid in weight loss, toning, building muscle and improving overall fitness. We know how to shift unwanted baby weight and increase energy levels! Classes include boxing, circuit, and weight training as well as regular challenges. We provide onsite childminders so you can relax and enjoy your session with limited interruptions. We're in the perfect place for getting fit and staying healthy - all this lovely WA sunshine, the parks, incredible beaches, friendly people.

But still sometimes life just gets in the way - it's easy to put things off until tomorrow, find an excuse to not get out and just get on with it.
