What we'll do
Join me (Katie, Yoga Teacher with over 1000 hours of training, all completed in India) for a weekly recurring Yoga, Breath & Meditation Class. What is this? A 1 hour 15 min group class of physical yoga postures (Asana in Sanskrit), combined with concious breathing (Pranayama in Sanskrit) and ending with Meditation (Dhayana in Sanskrit) a full explanation of each segment is given and can be modified for all body types, experience and fitness levels. Come and try this ancient practice which has been modified to suit our busy, modern day lifestyles and see the obvious effects on your mind and body.
Please BYO Mat, water and wear comfortable clothing to enable movement.
