This is a group for the people that love to mix martial arts and outdoor environments.
We gather for periodic practice sessions in which health, fitness and understanding of martial arts principles are the focus of each session. You just need to come in comfortable clothes, flat shoes and the will to learn and to have fun. Both classes will have solo and pair work.
You will learn an effective self-defence style that has been minimally changed since old times, when it was developed for life-or-death situations. By its nature it is considered tough, effective although respectful to the body. The training will focus in external body fitness and internal energy development. These techniques allowed old masters to be healthy and be able to use effective techniques even over 60 years old.
