What we're about
Upcoming events (2)
The hike is approximately 18km and is expected to take 7 hours, including breaks. Please ensure you have at least 3L of water and food.
We will meet at the Cortado cafe, Lawson, then depending on how many cars we have, may be able to carpool to our starting point in Linden.
We will start our hike from Burke rd, Linden and check out our first stop: King's Cave. This is a large and impressive natural sandstone rock shelter which features a pure water spring at the western end
From there we will follow a short fire trail to our next stop: Paradise Waterhole. From there, we will visit a cluster of waterfalls (Edith, Mabel and Hazel falls) via the Transit of Venus. We will have a short break, then continue along the Burgess Walking Track to visit more waterfalls!
We will then cut across the town of Hazelbrook for about 1km, follow some fire trails leading to the final loop of Empire Walking Track, then heading to Lawson.

You need to purchase YOUR OWN TICKET to the show, Project Fit Trekker doesn't take any responsibility for that.
Let us know if you're joining for dinner after, so we have numbers to book a table somewhere.
