We do Qi Gong-Yoga, breath work, meditate and have meetups with journey sharing; talking about our life journeys. Qi means energy and Gong is to practice. Forms of Qi Gong have been used in China for what is believed to be 5000 years. The focus on the group is to gain increased well being and connection. The movement exercises are also good for the joints, gradually build flexibility and strength. Suitable for most fitness levels. It is supposed to be light, not at all hard to follow and fun! and Can be adapted to special needs. When we meet to talk it will be on a topic. Day retreat activities coming up, so keep posted.
