Enjoy the experience of meditating with yogic transmission, a subtle energy which is unique to Heartfulness.

Heartfulness is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources. In Heartfulness we learn to still the mind and explore the beauty of the heart. Whether you are seeking relaxation, an individual meditation practice, or the deepest connection to your inner being, Heartfulness Queensland welcomes you.

We have weekly free guided relaxation and meditation sessions at various places in Queensland,

All programs and sessions are free.

What are the health benefits of meditation? (Reference to below from www.healthdirect.gov.au)

Meditation has both physical and mental health benefits. It can help you manage the symptoms of many health conditions, including:

We meet every Tuesday in the Brisbane Square Library, and 30mins is all you need allowing you sufficient time for lunch. Dress as you are. No experience required. Beginners are welcome.
