Do you sometimes feel as though you are living your life "on the run"?
This one day retreat offers women the opportunity to experience and learn Strategies for Self-Care. In the beautiful Sophia Centre at Cumberland Park you will experience a day that nourishes your Body Mind and Spirit. Through yoga stretches, mindfulness meditation, discussion of 'juggling women' and health issues, play therapy and laughter, you will feel restored. You will be nourished with wholesome delicious food.
