What we're about
SHE Choir is a vibrant collaborative choir community for all women or non-binary people. If you'd like to be part of a non-auditioned (no experience necessary!), fun choir, this is the group for you.
About SHE Choir
There are currently SHE Choirs in London, Manchester, Newcastle, York, Bristol, Brighton, Hastings, Birmingham, Frankfurt, Berlin, Brussels and the list is growing! Find out more about the choir network here: http://shechoir.com/ (The SHE stands for the original founders - Susie, Hannah and Ellie.) We sing everything from Destiny's Child to Fleetwood Mac and Whitney Houston to The Beths. We don't tend to sing from sheet music, but we do provide words for songs.
When do we rehearse?
We rehearse on Tuesdays 6.15-8pm @ 105 Vincent Street, CBD.
Wanna get involved?
We encourage members to get involved wherever they feel comfortable, whether that's leading a warm-up, teaching an arrangement or organising a pub visit but mainly, it represents a space to build your creativity and confidence (as well as make some lovely new pals).

Join us for a fun, informal, no-singing-experience-necessary rehearsal of SHE Choir Auckland!

We also have a WhatsApp group if you're not a FB user, so just drop us a message to be added.
With rehearse in the Long Room at Freemans Bay Community Centre from[masked]pm. The best access is from Pratt Street, where there is also a designated carpark for the community centre. (please try to arrive on time so we can start singing at 6.30pm!)
There's no need to do or prepare anything in advance - just show up, we're a friendly bunch and there are normally new people every week. We're open to all women and non-binary people.
