What we're about
Upcoming events (4+)
The online event is for C-Suite, Safety / HR / People / Culture / Wellness Managers and Chiefs. Decision Makers from any and every industry who care about their organisation and their people.
It’s for those who want to make their workplace better by investing in their people and they have the authority or influence to make it happen.
The Speaker Kevin has spoken to most industries - construction, education, finance, wealth creation, wellness, pharmaceutical, nursing, aviation, transport, stevedoring, superannuation etc etc and the responses are the same as the testimonials every time from every industry whether its a boardroom of 8 people or a ballroom of 800.
If you’ve got a brain and a blood supply, you’re susceptible to mental illness; it doesn’t discriminate.
Mental Illness is normal, manageable and recoverable for the great majority of people.
Our heads only have part of the answer; we’ve got to listen to our hearts as well.
About the Speaker
Kevin was in the military as a combat helicopter pilot and commander for 20 years. Following several operational deployments and towards the peak of his career he contemplated suicide, suffering a breakdown due to PTSD, depression and bullying. But it wasn’t the rockets or bullets that tore him apart, it was the workplace. Following his recovery, he spent the next 10 years as a Search and Rescue helicopter pilot, flight instructor and examiner.
Today, his personal mission is to lift humanity by inspiring others to find their own courage and compassion in order to enjoy the benefits these bring. He is the Mental Health Ambassador for AIRBUS Australia Pacific, a Community Ambassador for Mates4Mates and the creator of COR INFINITUS (meaning ‘Infinite Courage’) which brings dignity, respect and healing to the families of those who’ve served our nation and taken their own lives. Kevin shows that mental illness and PTSD are normal, manageable and recoverable for the great majority of people and can be the catalyst for growth.
A critical message delivered with honesty and humility. Thank you. Quite possibly the most compelling and deeply moving presentation / discussion I have been part of in a long time. Leadership Program, AIRBUS Australia Pacific
Kevin shared his very real journey which is honest, compelling, emotional and very personal. I can tell you, the Squadron was captivated, you could hear a pin drop in the auditorium. I've been with these guys for five years now, I've never seen them this riveted. Kevin’s presentation changed many people for the better. Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for making a difference. Thank you for being an amazing ambassador. Please keep doing what you are doing, it is so important.
If your organisation ever needs a guest speaker to talk about mental health, I'll guarantee you that Kev's story will change lives. Brian Carlson, Simulator Flying Instructor KC-30A, 33 Sqn RAAF
Everyone who attended have given nothing but positive feedback and many had their own take home gems making it a fantastic success. Thanks again and we look forward to partnering with you again in the future. Kharma Stewart - HR Manager - Currumbin RSL

e-RAW Company Profile
Our passion is to help individuals and teams in this out-of-whack time where nearly all of us have at least one risk to our health. Our online courses are not judgemental but are designed for individuals and teams to look at their behaviour and lifestyle choices ‘yesterday’ and the risks to their health ‘today’ highlighting a cause and effect, plus how to pivot to healthy choices.
About the Speaker: Linda Wells
Linda is a certified workplace trainer, has awards in customer service and is certified in mental health and nutrition. Linda is on the Board of Startup Tasmania, has worked on projects with Regional Development Australia, Launceston Gastronomy, Break o Day Council, Healthy Tasmania, Sustainable Timbers Tasmania and United Nations ITU.
She has had a career spanning multiple sectors: management with Qantas, Principal Trainer at Goulburn-Murray Water, Sales and Marketing Manager for a milk company bought out by National Foods, National Franchise Manager for Constellation Hotels, her own Customer Service training business and for more than a decade her own training business spreading the message of Healthy Eating in the Workplace, conducting face to face workplace training sessions and food workshops to many government and corporate organisations around Australia.
This career path has taught Linda about teams and how they behave at work in terms of food consumption and physical activity. Linda’s passion is encouraging people to learn: learn what is in processed foods and learn how to be more physically active.
In 2020, due to Covid-19 restrictions Linda turned to delivering courses online in e-learning modules to spread the word even wider, to make sure staff get fit, active and healthy at work to help reduce the risk of underlying health issues should we be exposed to Covid-19. The problem is global – ultra-processed foods everywhere and lack of physical activity is also relevant in countries she is working with via the United Nations.
Linda is real, she has had her own health issues, including cancer and depression and tries hard in her own life to stay physically fit, active, healthy and mentally well. After more than a decade in this field, Linda has heard how hard it can be to eat right at work and stay fit and active, she sees the struggle with not only physical health at work, but mental health as well. Her passion is truly to help people achieve this goal.
Linda delivers the message in a humorous way, where you delve in deep into the ingredients in ultra-processed foods (think sugar-salt-fat-chemicals etc) but laugh and let go of the past, focussing on the future, i.e., changes, small changes you can make each day.
