What we'll do

So I assume the session title got your attention... Good!
As databases get larger and organisations retain more data for business intelligence / data analytics purposes the inherent security risks and data breaches has increased. Exposing your data to the cloud has made it a lot easier for malicious actors to download 100's of millions of records quickly given today's internet speeds.
In this session we will examine the risk of data breach and how you can improve data security. We will examine how you can and should be remediating the risks by using technologies such as data masking and encryption. We will also discuss people, processes, infrastructure to highlight were you are potentially exposed and what can be done about it.
Our goal is to ensure you understand the potential risks involved, your potential liability and help you in your journey of protecting one of your organisation's most important assets: your data.
