Basketball training & Fitness Sessions
• What we'll do Hi Ballers, Do you love basketball but have been out of the game for a while and need to dust off some skills? Or maybe you need to just work on bettering your skills and game fitness? Or like me you just love basketball and can't get enough. Well these sessions are for you!! We meet up every Friday for 90 mins of fun and painful fitness drills, basketball skills drills and some game time to finish off with. Within no time at all your skills will improve as well will your fitness!! Come and try a session for free and if you love it then sign up for the term (10 weeks, $170). And don't worry, even though only one or two people ever seem to RSVP for our sessions, we have a whole bunch of regulars that attend every week (Most of whom are from Meetup originally). • What to bring A basketball, a towel and lots of water • Important to know

What we're about

This is a group for people that love basketball and want to work on their skills and fitness. Only those with moderate level skills should look to join.

I started this group because like most people my age, finding the time to keep up with playing basketball gets harder with kids and work but its my love and I always want to keep at it.
This group will work on fundamental skills, drills and fitness. We will have a coach that will run us through all the drills, pushing us hard to work on bettering our skills and fitness.
This will be a 10 week course. Our current course is coming to end in a couple of weeks and a new term starts on the 16th of October.

Our group meets on Friday nights at Sydney University Sports & Aquatic Centre, from 6.30pm - 8pm.
