What we're about
This is a group for people that love basketball and want to work on their skills and fitness. Only those with moderate level skills should look to join.
I started this group because like most people my age, finding the time to keep up with playing basketball gets harder with kids and work but its my love and I always want to keep at it.
This group will work on fundamental skills, drills and fitness. We will have a coach that will run us through all the drills, pushing us hard to work on bettering our skills and fitness.
This will be a 10 week course. Our current course is coming to end in a couple of weeks and a new term starts on the 16th of October.
Our group meets on Friday nights at Sydney University Sports & Aquatic Centre, from 6.30pm - 8pm.
