What we'll do
A simple yoga lifestyle workshop dovetailed for seniors. Yoga is the most ancient system for physical, mental and spiritual well-being in the world. This program includes an introduction to and discussion about the yoga lifestyle, yoga breathing techniques, yoga relaxation techniques and yoga meditation practices. At the end of the class your body will be relaxed and your mind calm and the practices are so simple that you can take them away with you and use them in your daily life for additional benefit.
