What we'll do

Enjoy some time out from our fast paced world while learning about practical yoga techniques for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Bookings are essential as numbers are limited. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
Each retreat covers:
• An introduction to the yoga lifestyle.
• Breath awareness
• Yoga breathing
• An easy yoga asana class
• Relaxation
• 3 or 4 meditation practices
• Simple vegetarian cooking class
• Yoga hygiene techniques
• Yoga practices for immunity and dealing with stress
• Tea and a healthy slice
