What we'll do

Yoga is the most ancient system for physical, mental and spiritual well-being in the world. This program includes an introduction to and discussion about the yoga lifestyle, yoga hygiene techniques, yoga asanas (stretches), yoga breathing techniques, details about a yoga diet, yoga meditation practices, etc. Simple and practical information that you can take away with you and use in your daily life to comfort the body, calm the mind and touch the soul.
