What we'll do
Deep Peace Meditation is a 45 minute class with no physical yoga but lots of yoga breathing, relaxation and yoga meditation. At the end of the class you will not want to get up, you will feel very relaxed, physically and mentally. It is suitable for seniors.
You will learn simple, practical yoga lifestyle techniques that allow you to deal with stress and anxiety better. In many cases the same techniques help people to sleep better.
The class is fully guided and you do not need to know anything about meditation. You just need to turn up in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel. Meditation is a gift so the class is free or by donation.
