What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in Hypnosis and its various applications. It really doesn't matter if you know virtually nothing about it, don't really believe in it or are simply interested in finding out more. There will be regular discussions covering topics such as the induction of hypnotism and whether you can be hypnotised against your will. Unusual phenomena in hypnotism,posthypnotic suggestion and hypnotic states in everyday life. There will also be discussion of the history of hypnosis, hypnosis in crime, hypnosis in warfare and medical applications of hypnosis in therapy. The talks will be supervised by Philip McDonald who is a practicing hypnotherapist in Sydney with a lifelong interest in the subject. There will also be actual demonstrations of hypnosis. So come along.
