What we're about

Do you feel stress in your everyday life? Is the cause of stress what happens to you or what you think about it? The Work offers a simple method to explore our thinking and reveal freedom in our lives. Through mindful inquiry we can meet our thoughts with understanding and discover our own truth and peace.

This Meetup group is for people experienced and new to The Work.

People new to The Work can find a range of resources on thework.com.
