FFE is for people who are ready to begin, or have begun to engage in regular healthy activities to improve their health and fitness levels, to impact or boost their wellbeing/ body shape and realise, there is a second wind and it’s found right here

Once you attend your introduction session you may choose a method that suits you goals, lifestyle and reasons for joining this social fitness group. With heaps of motivation & helpful tips on making yummy healthy snacks & healthy food swaps I’m sure this will be you’re most rewarding activity hub
