What we're about

I started this group because Wellbeing is so much more than eating fruit and vegetables and exercising.

If you're not happy or are anxious, if you're stressed or have suppressed emotions, have negative thought patterns or 'bad' habits, if you're a workaholic or perfectionist, if you're lacking money or in a job you hate, then wellbeing is a little harder to realise.

So I want to transform that! I want to help as many people as I can to transform their crap into wellbeing!

Through discussion, meditation, eft (tapping), Tarot Tapping, group work, Wellbeing Weekends (coming up at Eurambeen Historical Homestead, it's beautiful there, has anyone been?) and through one-on-one transformational coaching (It's all about the results).

I've been in the health/personal development industry for 20 years now, (from Melbourne originally) so I have a strong background in both to help you in any wellbeing goals you may want to achieve.

My main two passions are:

- supporting people from their job into starting their own small business following their dream

- and helping people have enough joy and energy to really appreciate and get the most out of life!

I look forward to future discussions and hope to see you at the next salt room session!

GROUP WORK: Whilst using the magnificent power of salt therapy (great for any colds, flu, sinus, asthma, anything respiratory) a transformational session to help you shift a health or wellbeing issue through discussion, meditation and using EFT (tapping).

Your beliefs, thought patterns, unexpressed emotions or stress contribute to any wellbeing disharmony you may be experiencing. By shifting these and freeing up your energy it gives your body a chance to heal.

The group is limited to 10 due to space so book early to ensure you save a spot for yourself.

Every 2nd & 4th Tues 6pm - 6:45pm
$40 for the session and the salt therapy.

**Please arrive 5-10 mins beforehand to get settled. Starts promptly at 6pm. Due to the nature of the salt room late arrivals will not be admitted.**

Usual guidelines - keep it polite, keep it relevant, no selling of products or services.
