What we'll do
This is a public screening of the documentary film "The Oasis".
"The Oasis" follows the work of Captain Paul Moulds, who is a Salvation Army officer who runs OASIS, which is a refuge for homeless youth. The homeless young people who come to OASIS include those who have experienced such things as mental illness, child abuse, addiction, and other misfortunes. Captain Moulds persists with his mission throughout all the trials and tribulations, and is a source of hope for desperate, disadvantaged young people. Meanwhile, he also reflects on his own past.
Food and beverages (including gluten-free and vegan food and beverages) will be served at the screening.
Admission is free.
The food and beverages will be served at 6:30 pm.
