Meeting at my gardenhouse (volkstuin) in Schellingwoude, Amsterdam. Focusing on:
Foraging skills - Peak spring identification, foraging and poisonous plants
Crafting projects - infusions, vinegars, elixirs, compresses and creams
Step 3 & 4 Healing - Nourishment and
Wheel of the Year - Ostara and Beltane
Growing - Perennials and kokedame
Ferments - Something from the module to make and try.
Also, time to talk about any issues you are having on the course.

Snacks, soup, herb bread, teas and crafting materials provided.
