Brand new Yoga Asana classes by the river! *** Commencing March 2016*** Join Yasi for a gently flowing morning wake up class with a focus on breathing into and waking up those sleepy muscles. A fully holistic approach to Yoga sees the inclusion of invigorating and refreshing pranayam (breathing exercises), joyful heart opening kirtan (mantra meditation) and a yummy brekkie treat to feed the belly as well as the soul. Soak up some morning sunshine and the vibrant energy of the greenery by the water and start your day fresh and enlivened! These classes are suitable for every body, first timers, the young, the old and the experienced are all welcome.  $10 suggested donation for Yoga Asanas, Kirtan and a Vego Breakfast Treat !
