You can probably recall a half dozen times where you were frustrated trying to figure out a particular website or web application. It turns out it’s not that difficult and you don’t need to be a designer to craft an interface that allows users to accomplish their goals with minimal friction. In this talk, I cover 10 universal design principles that anyone can use to improve the quality of a user interface.
