Wu Tao is a gentle form of movement, a little like the dance version of Tai Chi. A typical session involves dynamic warm-up, 5-7 choreographed dances, stretches and relaxation, leaves you feeling energized but calm and centred. I have been teaching it for 10 years and I still gain this from every session. No dance experience necessary, movements can be adapted according to injury or physical constraints, blokes welcome! 7 week Introductory Courses running from the beginning of every term in Sorrento, next one starting Monday 2nd May, 5.30pm.
