What we’re about

Weekly Spiritual / Personal Development classes offering tools and resources to bring more self love, care and acceptance to your life.

Each class will have a topic, and we will start by settling in with a simple meditation. There will be discussions and reflection, and we will leave with something simple to practice during the week; it could be as simple as remembering to breath consciously.

Anyone who is interested in creating a life with more calm, stronger boundaries and self love, and who is willing to apply themselves seriously to help create this change is welcome.

This is not a rushed process, there is no quick fix, yet there will be a deeper appreciation for self, for all you are, the good stuff and the banged-up parts of self that need to be healed and loved.

Love is the key ingredient here.
