What we'll do

Our popular morning Qigong class is back for its next 8 week term!

Designed for beginners, this morning movement meditation class is perfectly suited to the over 50’s, seniors and stay at home mums looking for a way to get a gentle full body workout, to let go of stress and to get some peace of mind at the start of their day.

Similar to Tai Chi, a Qigong class will take you deep on a journey into your inner self. Over the 8 weeks you will learn 18 healing movements that will nourish your mind, body and spirit. Learn with experienced teacher Adam Wiltshire as your guide.

This class is perfectly suited to:
# People wanting to get fitter without intense workout regimes
# People who know they are ready for more relaxation in their lives
# People looking for non pharmaceutical ways to heal their pain and to feel better

You will learn how to:
- Meditate in flow with your body
